Yes! We proudly offer transportation services only through Uber and Lyft.

 Yes. We are Acumen-approved, which means our billing and invoicing are compliant with state and fiscal requirements. 

All payment is billed through Acumen, and the invoices are approved by the individual or their representative.

 Yes. Acumen Fiscal Agent manages payments and invoices for DDD services. You or your representative must contact Acumen or log into your Acumen account to add Let’s Go Get’Em LLC as a vendor.

 Yes. To begin services, you should first speak with your Support Coordinator. Your Support Coordinator can then help connect with Acumen and ensure our services are included in your plan. 

 Yes. All individuals must first have an active Acumen account. This ensures eligibility, proper service authorization, and billing setup.

Submit the required approval through Acumen Fiscal Agent

The individual or their representative must either:

1. Contact Acumen directly or log into your account.

2. Request Let’s Go Get’Em LLC to be added as an approved vendor.

3. Once approved, our services can be billed through your plan.

 Yes. Our transportation services through Uber and Lyft are available only to individuals enrolled as participants with the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This ensures that all services are properly authorized and funded. 

We only share what is necessary to provide services, such as:

Uber/Lyft: Trip scheduling and ride details.

Acumen Fiscal Agent: Billing, invoicing, and vendor information.

DDD: Service verification and compliance reporting.

Support Coordinator: Service updates, approvals, and trip coordination.

Initially, Let’s Go Get’Em will set up your Uber and/or Lyft account for you. Once your account is created, we will send an activation link to your email. After you activate your account, you will then be able to:

Log in to your own Uber or Lyft app.

Schedule and manage your own rides independently.

This process allows us to get you started while also supporting your independence by giving you full control of your ride-sharing account once it’s active.

 Rides are scheduled directly by the individual through their Uber or Lyft apps once their account has been set up and activated. We encourage this process to help individuals demonstrate independence and self-management with their transportation.
